– every order comes with a tracking number. If you order from France, get in touch to obtain a tracking link.

– all sales are final. Please check carefully our size charts before ordering as all returns and exchanges are at the customer’s charge.

– the store is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Shipping fees will be charged again to re-ship any returned package.

– orders are shipped twice a week from France and will take between two and ten days to arrive depending on your location. Please allow up to six weeks before reporting a possible lost package.
